Use Form CT-1, Employer's Annual Railroad Retirement Tax Return, to :

  • report taxes imposed by the Railroad Retirement Tax Act (RRTA).


From Fedforms.Gov:
"Employers who paid one or more employees compensation subject to the Railroad Retirement Tax Act (RRTA) use Form CT-1 to report taxes imposed by RRTA. Form CT-1(V), used if there is a balance due, is included with this form."
